At OzDesign Sofa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard furniture items in their original condition. Please note that custom upholstery and made-to-order sofas are subject to specific terms and may incur a restocking fee.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
Return Authorization
Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization number and instructions for the pickup or drop-off process.
Quality Inspection
Upon arrival at our warehouse, our specialists will inspect the sofa to ensure it remains in its original, unassembled condition.
Refund Processing
After a successful inspection, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
