What is the typical delivery timeframe for a new sofa?
In-stock items are typically delivered within 7-14 business days. For custom-made or made-to-order sofas, the lead time generally ranges from 8 to 12 weeks depending on fabric availability and manufacturing schedules.
Do you offer fabric and leather samples?
Yes, we provide complimentary swatches for our most popular fabrics and top-grain leathers. You can order these online or visit any of our showrooms to see the full range of textures and colors in person.
What kind of warranty comes with an OzDesign Sofa?
We stand by our quality. All sofas come with a 10-year structural frame warranty, a 2-year warranty on foam and springs, and a 1-year warranty on fabric or leather upholstery against manufacturing defects.
Can I customize the dimensions or configuration of a sofa?
Many of our ranges offer modular configurations, allowing you to choose left or right-hand chaises, or add middle seats. While we cannot change the specific dimensions of a design, our modular systems offer great flexibility for different room sizes.
What is your return policy for furniture?
We offer a 7-day change-of-mind return policy on standard stocked items, provided they are in original condition. Please note that custom-made orders and 'made-to-order' items cannot be returned for change of mind.
How should I maintain and clean my sofa?
We recommend regular vacuuming with a soft brush attachment and rotating cushions weekly to ensure even wear. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth. For long-term protection, we offer specialized fabric and leather care kits at the time of purchase.
